Compliance Status:
The website sundaritalia.com is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements set forth by current legislation (European Accessibility Act) and in line with the WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
Non-compliant content and technical limitations:
The company is constantly striving to ensure an inclusive digital experience. However, certain technical limitations stem from the native structure of the content management platform (Squarespace) used, which cannot always be directly modified.
Header: Some adjacent links in the site header are redundant due to structural constraints of the template being used.
Contact Form: The file upload field contains redundant code in the platform's native HTML, but this does not affect the field's functionality or the proper transmission of documents.
Multimedia content: The controls of the native video player (playback buttons and sliders) do not fully comply with the color contrast requirements, depending on the hosting service provider.
Accessibility Widget: We would like to inform users that, although the accessibility widget is technically multilingual, its activation is currently supported only on the Italian-language domain. We are working with the provider (Iubenda) to expand the configuration and make the widget operational on the English and German versions of the site as well.
Downloadable Documents: Some PDF documents may not be fully optimized for assistive technologies. The company is committed to providing alternative information or formats upon request.
