The ensemble of plants for Sundar’s harmonious, elegant living walls are selected in collaboration with expert botanists, based on technical indications and variable factors like climate and position. This “organic” creation adds significant value to a building, in terms of esthetics, of decreased noise pollution and of increased energy efficiency.
Technology
The plants are grown on panels covered in felt using hydroculture technology. The panels are supported by a modular structure that is detached from the wall to guarantee adequate ventilation.
Safety
The living wall has an automatic system that controls lighting and fertilization/irrigation cycles. It is connected via Wi-Fi to our Garden Control Network, which keeps us updated in real time about possible system errors that could affect the health of the plants.
Customization
All of Sundar Italia’s products are highly customizable. Clients can choose from a wide array of both plants and finishes for the visible elements of the structure. Moreover, all of Sundar’s gardens are adaptable to a variety of design needs.
